Basement and Foundation Crack Welding Professionally Guaranteed.

There are many issues that can lead to cracks in concrete floors and walls. While poured concrete foundations are generally considered to be the best, over time they can experience cracking due to frost heaves, heavy equipment traffic, settlement, shrinkage, and a host of other issues. 

Crack-X uses a unique method of crack welding through an epoxy injection process.  Although this can be more labor intensive than a single component urethane, it creates a weld that causes the structure to be repaired as a single, continuous formation.  This is a permanent solution and comes with a transferable, unconditional, 10 year warranty.

We have welded thousands of cracks using this technique since 1985, which involves using a V.V.A. (Variable Viscosity Adjustment) epoxy injection technology. 

Please consider the following if you are considering Crack-X for your foundation repair needs:

• Crack-X repairs are safe for finished basements.  We can easily remove the panel at the crack site, repair the issue, and replace the panel.
• Our methods are especially useful on high-traffic floors, such as in warehouses and garages.
• This process works best on poured concrete surfaces. Unfortunately, Crack-X methods are not appropriate for brick, stone, or cinder block foundations.
